Leeds So Far

Just realised that I haven't written since we left Cambridge,

Its been a busy old summer filled with new friendships for us and the girls, plenty of new places to explore and a wonderful new church family.

We've celebrated Matts ordination and Sylvie's first birthday. Spent time with family and even went camping to New Wine Inspire which was a treat. Overall it has been a busy and fun time and we feel well and truly settled into Leeds life.

As September roles around we are starting a new pace and rhythm of life with me going back to work two days a week at...

I am excited and a bit terrified. The girls will be coming with me one day a week and for the other one they will be with their (wonderful!) grandparents.

Its a new adventure for us all but one that we are all ready for. Its felt like Gods grace that the right job has come up at the right time and I definitely have that September back to school feeling, though the new school shoes are walking boots and wellies rather than patent leather pumps!

We are making the most of the late summer sun though until term begins.

In other news, this happened....

Can't believe how fast these years have gone but still very happy to be on the journey with Matt!

On an anniversary date!
